Based on data from the Building Research Establishment (BRE), we are in the top ten of all UK BREEAM Assessor organisations for certificates in place overall.

BREEAM Assessments

BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method), using criteria set by the BRE, remains the most widely used environmental assessment scheme for buildings.

We undertake all stages of the assessment process from initial pre-assessments through formal assessments to final certification.

SWH has extensive BREEAM project experience, working with clients, end users and main contractors, as well as providing BREEAM AP (Accredited Professional) services.

Our team of experienced assessors are licensed for all of the main BREEAM domestic and non-domestic schemes, new and in-use, for developments across a wide range of sectors, including education, offices, infrastructure, healthcare, industrial, retail, multi-residential and bespoke developments.

WELL Building Standards

As well as BREEAM, we can offer advice, guidance and assessment services for the WELL Building Standards. WELL Building Standards is a system for measuring, certifying and monitoring features of all types of projects in the built environment and how they may impact human health and well-being.
